Plan the crossing around the frontage sequence
Excavation, forming, concrete work and curing can affect the footpath, berm, parking and driveway access at different times. The TMP should show how each relevant stage will be managed.
- Provide a continuous and accessible pedestrian arrangement where the normal route is affected.
- Record how neighbouring and site access will operate during each stage.
02
Vehicle-crossing details to send
Provide the site address, crossing or consent drawings, construction method, dates and photos of the frontage. Identify footpath, berm, parking and property-access impacts.
- Include concrete-pour and curing timing where it changes the closure period.
- Show service work or other frontage activity that overlaps the crossing.
03
Confirm the staging before the crew is booked
Send the crossing information for a review of the TMP, pedestrian management and any CAR support details needed for the site.
- Flag constrained footpath widths or unusual access conditions.
- Confirm the intended work window and whether field delivery is part of the request.
