01
Answer the actual review comment
Each response should address the full reviewer request and identify the corresponding change in the TMP, TMD, CAR or supporting information. A text reply alone may not resolve a conflicting drawing or date.
- Map every comment to a response, document change or applicant action.
- Keep the revision trail visible so the resubmitted set can be followed.
02
Send the reviewed version and the original wording
Provide the current TMP, the complete RCA or council comment, original submission details and any revised work method, date or site information.
- Include evidence or mark-ups referenced in the response.
- State which documents have already been changed by another party.
03
Prepare one controlled resubmission set
The first review can separate straightforward wording changes from drawing updates, CAR alignment and information that must come from the contractor or applicant.
- Confirm the intended resubmission route and responsible party.
- Remove superseded versions from the issue package without losing the audit trail.
