Coordinate frontage work across the development stages
A development may involve separate contractors and overlapping work for services, crossings, footpaths and tie-ins. The traffic plan should identify the current stage and the corridor impacts of that stage.
- Keep neighbour and site access visible while the frontage arrangement changes.
- Align the TMP scope with the work described in the CAR information.
02
Development drawings and programme inputs
Send the consent or construction drawings, site frontage, work stages, dates, methodologies, contractor interfaces and photos. Include crossing and service details that affect the road reserve.
- Identify which stage is ready now and which stages are still conceptual.
- Provide changed dates or contractor methods before requesting an amendment.
03
Start with the next corridor activity
Send the immediate stage and wider programme for a review of the TMP, CAR support and amendment sequence required for the development.
- Name the party responsible for confirming shared access and staging information.
- Confirm whether on-site traffic management is needed for the next work window.
