01
Separate minor work from minor road-user impact
A short maintenance task can still affect a footpath, driveway, parking area or live lane. The planning should reflect the actual footprint and duration rather than the perceived size of the maintenance job.
- Identify ladders, access equipment, service vehicles and material handling within the frontage.
- Keep walking routes and property access workable during the task.
02
Maintenance job details to send
Provide the address, task description, work area, dates, duration, vehicles or equipment, site photos and any effect on the footpath, berm, parking or traffic lane.
- List repeat sites individually where their corridor conditions differ.
- Identify urgent and planned maintenance as separate work pathways.
03
Check the next site before creating a repeat template
Send a representative job for a review of the TMP and corridor information needed. That provides a factual basis for deciding what can be reused on later sites.
- Confirm the work window and whether the location is fixed.
- State whether on-site establishment is included in the request.
